Desserts @ Mr Curry

The long display of delicious-looking Japanese plastic food replicas caught our attention after our full meal at Marutama Ramen.

These five long bars of fake cakes at the glass display provided the greatest motivation to dine at Mr Curry.

Sadly, they were not available!!!
=(

Calpis Water
Not sure if most of you know this drink that tastes like a diluted version of Yakult (yogurt drink) with a slight gassiness some might dislike!

First time i tried it was more than ten years back and besides the red cherry, the flavour remained just as pleasant!

Ichigo Milk Float
Fattening, sinful yet so enjoyable for my taste buds! Peculiarly, it was not as sweetened as i expected!

Black Sesame Ice Cream Parfait
Slurps!!! It's been a long long time since i had sundae (parfait or whatever) as good as this!!

The sesame-red beans-mochi combination was drop dead heavenly and no, the story has not ended.

Scoopfuls of cornflakes were smacked beneath the layer of vanilla ice cream and these were akin to finding nuggets of gold in a pot of silver!

Additional Information
Decor was pretty homely, typical of a Japanese house with even a kitchen (mock up?) attached in the dining area.

With so many cute soft toys all around the place, Mr Curry is a great place to bring girls for that kawaii aspect!!

One factor that needs major improvement?
The service staff SHOULD and MUST smile often.

Like me.
